- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Arrange the colossal shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the shrimp.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
- Do not overcook the shrimp or they may become rubbery.
- Fresh shrimp provide the best texture, but properly thawed frozen shrimp work well.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor.
